Bolesworth Castle sits just 2 miles away, so its fitting to name our hire boat after this stunning country home. Our Bolesworth Narrowboat however is purpose built dayboat and will carry a maximum of 8 people.
Fully equipped with the necessary safety equipment as well as basic facilities to enable a comfortable day’s cruising.
The boat includes a small galley (kitchen), on-board toilet and plenty of seating area to accommodate 8 people. The front deck area is very spacious, ideal for socialising, eating or drinking. A collapsible table is provided in the cabin for use either inside the boat or in the front deck area if the weather is nice. This boat comes with blown air central heating, ideal if the weather gets chilly. Basic crockery, cutlery and glasses are on board for 8 people together with a built in fridge.

Your day boat will be available at a time specified on your booking confirmation, between 9am and 1.30pm. You will then have time to explore the delights of the canal, perhaps calling at a local pub for lunch, before returning at your allotted time between 12.30pm and 5pm.
You will be given full instruction on the use, handling, and safety features of your craft.
