Description

Welcome aboard Noah's Ark, a beautifully maintained 65ft cruiser stern narrowboat that offers an unmatched blend of classic style and modern conveniences. Built by Stillwater Narrowboats in 2010 and benefitting from a full professional repaint in 2021, this vessel is perfectly suited for both those looking to live aboard and enthusiasts eager to embark on long-distance cruises.

From stern to bow, Noah's Ark features a thoughtfully designed layout that includes a spacious cruiser stern leading into a well-equipped galley. Adjacent to the galley, the dinette is crafted in an L-shape which easily converts into a double bed, complete with storage beneath. Moving forward, the cosy saloon is furnished with two leather reclining chairs, a multi-fuel stove, and a television, all set against a backdrop of ample storage options.

The walk-through bathroom offers a Thetford cassette toilet, a full-size quadrant shower with sliding glazed doors, and a wash basin, complemented by generous storage space. The vessel boasts two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a full-size double bed, double wardrobe, and extensive storage, featuring glazed double UPVC doors opening onto the cratch-covered well deck; and a second bedroom with a full-size single bed and additional storage options.

Noah's Ark is powered by a robust Vetus 42hp engine with a PRM 150 gearbox, which has seen only 567 hours of operation and was last serviced in 2023. A full boat safety certificate is in place until March 2026, and the hull is protected by a durable 2 Pack Epoxy Coating applied in July 2021, ensuring the boat won't need recoating until approximately 2028.

Comfort on board is ensured through a spray foam insulated interior, external full pram and cratch covers for all-weather protection, and a sophisticated electric supply system that includes engine power, shoreline connections, domestic batteries, large solar panels, and a Victron 3Kw Multiplus Inverter/Charger. Heating and hot water are efficiently managed by a multi-fuel stove, a Webasto diesel boiler, and a calorifier heated by the engine.

With a water tank capacity of 525 litres and a fuel tank capacity of 175 litres, along with a Vetus bowthruster for enhanced manoeuvrability, Noah's Ark is as practical as it is charming. This vessel not only promises a comfortable living and cruising experience but also stands as a testament to quality and meticulous care.

For those in search of a reliable, stylish, and ready-to-sail narrowboat, Noah's Ark represents an excellent choice. Don't miss the opportunity to make this exceptional watercraft your home on the water or your gateway to exploring the scenic waterways.
