Visited the Boathouse Cafe in Tattenhall Marina. We both went for the Wide Beam Breakfast which was first class and came out really quickly. Our dogs were welcome. Highly recommended and very friendly staff in the cafe and marina.

A friendly marina on the Shroppie Canal near Chester. The mooring pontoons are well spaced with easy access to and from the canal. The facilities are clean and well maintained, and the cafe food is tasty (shout out to the Sunday big breakfast).

We had our evening meal in the on-site cafe and WOW! Is all I can say, the food is unreal, compliments to the chef Jordan. I had the best fish and chips I’ve ever had in my life, thank you! The waiting staff were amazing, always checking if we needed anything. The staff here really do go above and beyond!
